TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Hacienda Juanita reserves the right of its guests, clients, or passengers to remain, and they must respect the rules contained in these regulations.
2. Room check-in begins at 3:00 pm and ends at 12:00 noon on the day of check-out. After this time, a new reservation for an additional night will be automatically made. We insist on checking with reception about the possibility of a new reservation. Rooms may often be reserved for another guest, so they are subject to availability.
3. Final payment for stays will be made at check-in.
4. The guest will be obligated to pay any additional amounts for their stay when required by the hotel management.
5. Late check-out may be requested by the guest with a minimum of 1 (one) day's notice, and its granting is at the discretion of the hotel management. The deadline for late check-out is 6:00 pm, after which 50% of the cost of the stay will be charged.
6. Damage to rooms, their equipment, and their bedding (sheets, blankets, pillowcases, mattresses, pillows, etc.) will be the guest's responsibility. Therefore, the corresponding amount of the damage will be charged to the room rate and billed to the guest.
7. Personal care items such as towels, shampoo, and soap are available in your room. If you need anything additional, please let the front desk know between 8:00 a.m. and 7:30 p.m.
8. Each guest is responsible for any damages and/or losses they cause to themselves, other guests, employees, or the hotel's equipment and infrastructure, and is obligated to pay or compensate accordingly.
9. The room key must be returned to the front desk upon check-out. Losing the key will result in an additional cost and charge of $10.00 per key.
10. The hotel requests that guests kindly refrain from hanging clothes or towels on the windows of their rooms; from throwing objects out of the windows; and from littering in the gardens.
11. Items left behind in the hotel facilities will be kept for up to 15 (fifteen) days.
12. The hotel warns that henna tattoos permanently stain sheets and towels. Guests will be charged for damaged bedding or towels. Therefore, please be very careful with henna tattoos to avoid damage.
13. The hotel is not responsible for valuables in the rooms.
14. Parking is provided to all guests; guests must verify availability at check-in. Guests have the discretion to park or remove their vehicle from the parking lot. Valet parking is not available at the hotel. Parking is free of charge. The hotel is not responsible for items left in vehicles or damage to property.
15. Guests are not permitted to park their vehicles in front of the reception or in unauthorized parking areas, as these spaces are only used for loading and unloading, as indicated by existing signs. The hotel is not responsible for any damages that guests may suffer as a result of their vehicle remaining in one place for an excessive amount of time, as municipal security forces issue fines and may even tow the vehicle.
16. For security reasons, non-staff members are not allowed in the hotel's rooms. If guests are receiving visitors, they must remain in the hotel lobby or register at reception.
17. We allow dogs as we are pet-friendly (please check rates). However, please be aware that your pet is your responsibility, and you must keep all areas of the hotel clean. Any damage to other guests or to hotel facilities will be the guest's responsibility, and they will be responsible for all claims related to their pet.
18. Smoking is prohibited in the hotel facilities, especially in the rooms. If this rule is not complied with, the guest will be charged a fee of $500.00 for the sanitation and deodorization of the room.
19. The hotel requests that its guests maintain maximum silence in the rooms and other hotel facilities, especially between 9:00 pm and 7:00 am.
20. The resolution of any breaches of these Rules is the responsibility of the hotel management. We sincerely appreciate any cooperation provided to achieve our objectives. Guest complaints and claims will be invaluable in our efforts to improve our services.
21. The reservation cost is non-refundable and non-transferable.
